Rob Alexander reunites with H&F Bread Co as Executive Baker


Atlanta, GA – June 7, 2016, H&F Bread Co., a wholesale and retail Atlanta bread bakery, is pleased to announce that Rob Alexander has joined the organization as Executive Baker.  In his new role, Mr. Alexander will play a vital role in strategic growth and product development while maintaining H&F’s commitment to excellence.

Rob Alexander has over twenty years of professional experience, including acting as Executive Baker at Labriola Baking Co. in Chicago, Head Baker for the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group in Napa Valley, California, and most recently Partner at TGM Bread. He has in depth bakery operations, bakery product development, and strategic level bakery experience pertinent to his role at H&F. Mr. Alexander has received many accolades in his career, most recently being featured by NY Times, local magazines and news outlets, and received a James Beard nomination Spring 2016. Rob has opened 5 successful bakeries in his career. He spent several years training with a bakery in the Rhone Alps region of France, apprenticed with the Minneapolis Baking school, and worked alongside French Companion, Lionel Vatinet of La Farm Bakery in Cary, NC in the early stages of his career.

Mr. Alexander will be based out of our Westside production facility in Atlanta.
