It all started with the burger. Linton Hopkins’ famous “H&F burger” began as a special 10 p.m. feature each evening at Holeman and Finch Public House, with a total of 24 prepared nightly and available first come, first served. The demand could not be contained and his iconic, award-winning burgers are now available all day, every day at H&F Burger at Ponce City Market and an outpost at soon-to-debut SunTrust Park. In addition, 24 burgers are available per service at Holeman and Finch – brunch, lunch and dinner (days vary).
Atlanta Magazine's Evan Mah asked Chef Linton about creating the burger at home. He gave him a few tips (of course, use H&F Bread Co. buns), and Evan believes, "...after a few trial runs, I landed on what I believe to be a near-identical reconstruction." check out Evan's version here!
